Predictive Ability of Time Management in Both Social Responsibility and Self-Effectiveness on A Sample Of Female Students at Qassim University

Abstract

The present study aimed to identify the role of time management in predicting social responsibility and self-efficacy among university students, and to Identify the statistical differences  between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the time management scale,  and the differences between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the self-efficacy scale., The researcher used the descriptive and comparative predictive approach, where she applied the self-efficacy scale (researcher preparation), the time management scale (Prepared by the researcher) and the measure of the self-efficacy (prepared by Shaimaa Mahmoud Youssef 2006), on a sample of female students at Faculty of Education amounted to (180) students, the results of the regression analysis showed that time management has predictive abilityin social responsibility, and time management has predictive ability in self-efficacy, as well as the results showed differences a statistical function between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the time management scale,  and There were statistically significant differences between those with low social responsibility and high social responsibility on the self-efficacy scale.
