A list of some life skills was prepared, and a measure of some life skills was built, and their honesty and reliability were confirmed.
To verify the validity of the assumptions, the data were statistically processed using the SPSS statistical program and calculating (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T value for two independent and related samples), and the search results showed:
1- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the measure of some dimensional life skills in favor of the experimental group.
2- There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group in the measure of some life skills before and after studying the unit in favor of the post application.
