The degree of primary school teachers' use in Arar city for alternative educational evaluation methods

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify the degree of use of teachers in the primary stage in the city of Arar for methods of alternative educational evaluation, and to achieve the objectives of the study was based on descriptive method, and aquestionnaire  prepared by the researcher of (39) paragraph of after ascertaining its sincerity  and stability ,and applied to a sample of (219) teachers of primary school teachers in the city of Arar during the first semester of the year 1437/1438. the results highlighted the following:                                                                                       
• That the degree of the use of educational teachers of methods  of  educational  evaluation total  allowance come to an average of (3.56), the performance – based evaluation came in the  first order, while the peers evaluation came in the order with an average (3.50), all of which were medium.        
• There were no statistically significant differences the level of (0.05) in the grade used teachers in the primary stage in the city of Arar  alternative  methods of  educational evaluation, Attributable to the type of  specialization, or grades   . 
• There were no statistically significant differences the level of(0.05) in the grade used teachers in the primary stage in the city of Arar  alternative  methods of  educational evaluation, due to the variable training  courses and those who have such courses. 
      • The most important recommendations of the study: the preparation of a guide for teachers of the primary stage includes  a precise description and application of alternative educational evaluation methods within the classroom .
