Suggested controls for organizing educational renewal initiatives in public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of some education and learning experts

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the feasibility of the existence of scientific controls organizing initiatives to renew public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to suggest some of these controls through a sample of experts, and the study used the open interview tool to collect data and then encode it, classify and formulate it, and one of the most prominent results of the study was the need for scientific controls to organize Initiatives for educational innovation in public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to contribute to reducing errors caused by subjectivity, increasing societal confidence in educational performance, reducing the manifestations of educational waste, raising the internal and external efficiency of the educational system, and increasing the level of job satisfaction among teachers and supervisors. The sample also suggested some of the necessary controls for organizing educational renewal initiatives, including: taking into account the educational need, preparing scientific studies, polling the educational community, taking into account resources and equipment, training those responsible for implementation, progression in implementation, preparing public opinion, integrating between initiatives, working in accordance with the principle of transparency .
