The Phantom of Magic, Evil Eye and Escape from Reality injury: "Psychological Study on a Sample of Saudi Women"

This study aimed to identify the prevalence of belief in magic and withchcraft among Saudi women; their tendency to believe in evil eye and magic; and the reasons that lead them to believe in evil eye and magic. In addition to revealing the nature of the relationship between women tendency towards believing in witchcraft and age, level of education and economic level. In order to achieve these objectives, the study was based on the analytical descriptive method. A questionnaire was developed as a data collection instrument and was distributed to a sample consisted (655) Saudi women. The appropriate statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS software. The results showed that the phantom of Magic, Evil Eye and escape from reality injury and Individuals resort to magic is due to jealousy and hatred among individuals.Also The results showed that there is no statistically significant defferens between the demographic variables (age, educational level, economic level) and belief in magic.The study recommended that women shouldn't take jealousy and hatred as a reason for resorting to evil eye and magic، which in turn results in many damages and injustices, also women should take all precautions and measures to prevent themselves from evil eye, also women should resort to secrecy to reach their needs and seek to god aid believing in god power that is the only one who can protect us from any kind of evils.
